Located in the hamlet of Pla Bernardou, this fully renovated house houses two adjoining cottages, each with its own independent entrance, perfect for a moment of quiet relaxation. Nestled between a river, wooded hills, and Catalan heritage, this rental is the ideal starting point for exploring the region's treasures. From the cottage, set off on foot or by bike along the greenway that runs alongside the old railway line to reach the spa resort of Amélie-les-Bains, known for its wellness treatments. As for heritage, Arles-sur-Tech will charm you with its Romanesque cloister, its authentic alleyways, and its local market. Nature lovers will enjoy the numerous hiking trails accessible all around the cottage. Nearby, the banks of the Tech River invite you to go fishing or swimming in the great outdoors. For the more curious, the landscapes of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, the vineyards of Roussillon, and the listed villages of the Pays d'Art et d'Histoire are just some of the places to discover. The entrance is through the kitchen with its dining area. The living room is separate and opens directly to the back, onto the private, unfenced terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
