Arles, this city crossed by the Rhône river, is the chosen home of this fully air-conditioned and beautifully equipped villa, which welcomes you inmidst an exceptional region. Nîmes with its Roman heritage, Avignon with the famous Palace of the Popes and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence with its interesting boutiques and art galleries- all are worth a visit. Furthermore, to explore the special atmosphere of the Camargue at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, may be a real adventure.
You enter the house through the large living space with lounge/TV, dining area and open American kitchen, providing everything you'd need. To the right is a bedroom with a large double bed and TV, further an adjoining shower room with WC and pool view. Another sleeping space on the ground floor is positioned behind the kitchen. It consists of a separate WC and two bedrooms, sharing a shower room and each is featured with a TV and furnished with a large double bed. Upstairs, accessed via the staircase from the entrance area, is the fourth bedroom with king-size bed and TV, further its en-suite shower room with WC. This room is equipped with split air conditioning and its terrace is overlooking the pool. As to the other rooms of the villa, they are fitted with wired air conditioning.
Closed by an automatic gate, 3 cars can be parked safely on the property and for electric cars, there is a charging station available. The large, beautifully landscaped and well-kept park, illuminated in the evening, with its boules track, is much appreciated by holidaymakers. From the large terrace, where huge parasols provide some shade if needed, four steps lead down to the 12 x 5 m pool with its appreciated underwater beach for fun and games. The nearby outdoor shower, a private WC and the pool house with dining and living area make here the comfort perfect.
