Zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell, gut eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Dazu gehört eine Garage und ein Stellplatz, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und über die Promenade im Zentrum. Netter Kontakt vor Ort.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die helle und schöne Wohnung war bei unserer Anreise in allen Wohnbereichen penibel sauber und in tadellosen Zustand. Gutes Geschirr. Bratpfannen und Backofen sehr sauber. Schöner großer Balkon und riesige Terrasse mit Beschattung. Pool wird ständig gereinigt. Unsere Ansprechpartner für die Wohnung, Monsieur Jacques, war bei Unklarheiten sofort zur Stelle und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Ruhe sowohl tags- als auch nachtsüber. Die Wohnanlage selbst wird ebenfalls bestens gepflegt.

Urlaub in Argeles-sur-mer

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage und angenehmer Blick auf den Pinienwald. Die Dachterrasse war ein besonderes Highlight und schön möbliert. Die Stahltür zum Seitenraum auf der Dachterrasse war ausgehängt, da defekt. Der Vermieter, M. M.l, war sehr freundlich, korrekt und unkompliziert. Allerdings im Vorfeld Kontakt mit Interchalet telefonisch aufzunehmen war mit den angegebenen Telefonnummern unmöglich, nur nach Recherchen über das Impressum der Internetseite Kontakt.

Schöne Wohnung, nah zum Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem die Terrasse. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind aber zu bemängeln. Es gibt keine Duschstange und kein Toilettenpapierhalter. Für die Spülmaschine war nur 1 Tab vorhanden. Anderes Spülmittel gab es nicht. Der Grill war kaputt, es wurde aber gleich ein neuer besorgt, allerdings darf man nicht zu viel erwarten (billiger Elektrogrill). Die Schranktüren im Schlafzimmer lassen sich schwer bzw. gar nicht schieben. Aber das sind alles Sachen, mit denen kann man leben.

Fijne vakantieplek

We verbleven 2 weken in dit mooie appartement. Het is goed uitgerust, alle noodzakelijke zaken zijn aanwezig (Ook linnengoed is voorzien). Dit verblijf is perfect gelegen. Het is vlakbij het strand, restaurants, bakker... Het pijnboombos, de meeuwen en eekhoorns zorgen voor dat beetje meer. Kortom: een aanrader!

Für zwei Personen sehr empfehl...

Für zwei Personen sehr empfehlenswert und für eine Familie mit zwei jüngeren Kindern ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Toll ist auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Klimageräten. Ideal die Garage und der Stellplatz davor. Was man vermissen könnte, wäre ein Staubsauger. In der Duschkabine fehlte uns eine Halterung für die Dusche. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung feriengerecht eingerichtet. Das Appartement wurde uns in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben, was in Frankreich nach unserer Erfahrung nicht immer so selbstverständlich ist.Nach der Ankunft erfolgte der Empfang nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme prompt, überaus freundlich und kompetent, ebenso gut klappte alles bei der Abreise. Fazit: Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Reisetipps: Perpignan, die Ruinen der Katharerfestungen Queribus und Peyrepertuse, Collioure, Carcassonne, nach Banyuls und Maury zur Weinverkostung und zum Kauf.

Das Mobiliar ist funktional un...

Das Mobiliar ist funktional und stylisch, aber wenig bequem. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Vermieter die vorgeschlagenen Reparaturen durchführen würde. Auch würde ich erwarten, dass das Appartment vorbereitet und überprüft wurde, wenn Mieter erwarte werden. Ein Plus, das Appartment war ansonsten sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
