logement très moyen

Le chalet est très bien placé dans la station, il est spacieux et ensoleillé avec une belle terrasse. Par contre, il est vétuste et meublé "à l'ancienne" (bibelots, photos personnelles au mur, pas d'oreiller ni d'alèses etc.) le plus gênant étant l'état de propreté douteux de certaines choses (fond de la poubelle, torchons et tabliers sales, accoudoirs du canapé tachés, et fauteuils de terrasse abîmés ; le pire étant la salle de bain limite insalubre avec 2 rideaux de douche et le bord de la baignoire noirs de moisissures. ce bien n'est pas digne d'être loué en l'état, ou l'agence qui le gère ne fait pas son boulot de vérification.
