Eyal and his staff were the saving grace of our trip. When everything that could go wrong, did, we were warmly greeted and welcomely accommodated. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the food and service in the restaurant was unrivaled!

"Clean rooms, beautiful volcano view from balcony. Excellent service from all staff, and attentive security. The pools were very relaxing and a wide variety of tempratures. The breakfast had a great selection of local favourites. Our only negative was the massage; it wasn't quite up to what we were expecting for the cost. However overall would recommend this hotel."
