This cottage is snug, yet open and roomy; has a charming taste of vintage-past, yet is freshly updated and well-appointed with stylish beach-y decor.
White and bright, with a high knotty pine ceiling, the main living area is spacious and inviting. Whether relaxing on the sofa, dining at the table, or preparing a meal, the enchantment of the Pacific Ocean is right before you.
To make the cottage experience all the more cozy, this space features a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV, and a well-planned kitchen with ample counter space including an eat-in area with two bar stools.
Just off the living room are the two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stackable washer and dryer.
Be sure to enjoy outdoor dining while ocean gazing on the newly constructed deck! For sure, you will be enchanted.
(Please note, there is no private beach access from this property; neighborhood access is steep and rough and used at your own risk. Safest access is Arcadia State Park or Hug Point. Gravel access road from highway 101 to this property is steep and rutted; GO SLOW; low ground clearance.)
