I say unsafe because in the winter a lot of the parking lot is in the shade so ice develops in the parking lot. I should know. I slipped and damn near broke my back

Safe hotel and friendly service

The hotel felt safe, despite the homeless and vagabonds in the area. The room was clean, except the bathroom had an odd odor that required me to keep the bathroom fan on all the time. I do wish the hotel had EV chargers.

Nice room fulfills needs

This hotel is still in excellent condition. I did not have breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. Basics in place. Did not take in the pool or gym resources. The downside was it is a bit noisy in the morning because the hotel is close to the highway.

The motel itself was great. The neighborhood it's located in was probably great years ago, but there are a lot of homeless people all over, even in the housing areas. It was not a problem, but you feel like you have to be on alert at all times. Our business was far away from all that. On a positive note the motel facilities were excellent. Pool, gym, and were largely unused by anybody, but we checked them out, and they were very clean and modern.
