On a street in the heart of town, the house is located on the second line of the (low-traffic) road at the end of a private pedestrian path.
Completely renovated, the house is bright and functional. It offers a beautiful living room with a cathedral ceiling (wall-mounted TV - Wi-Fi), an open-plan kitchen area furnished and equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), a bathroom (with washing machine), and two adjoining bedrooms: the first with a large 140 x 190 cm bed. The second has two 90 x 190 cm twin beds, which can be placed side by side. You benefit from a large private terrace of approximately 30m², facing northeast, equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol.
No parking (free streets 500m from the house). Being in the heart of the city, you won't need your car for the duration of your stay!
Note: A bedroom window on the upper floor of the neighboring house opens onto the terrace of the house...
- Linens (sheets and towels) not provided, but can be rented through the agency; [hidden], 1 pack (sheets and towels) for a double bed, €42 per week.
Cleaning fee included in the price.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10/day.
