We are offering this spacious 44m² flat in Arcachon for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. It has the advantage of being a dual-aspect flat with two balconies, one facing south and the other north, perfect for relaxing or enjoying your meals. Hotel-quality 4* linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the balcony, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a Wi-Fi-connected TV, a dining area and a spacious, functional open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped (induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle...). Everything you need to cook a delicious meal after a trip to the market!
- A double bedroom, with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a balcony and storage space.
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, storage space, washing machine and toilet.

Ceiling fans are fitted in the living room and bedroom to provide you with added comfort, particularly on hot days.

Outside:
- The north-south aspect of its two balconies and the fact that the flat is a through-apartment make it a very pleasant place to live.

It’s hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Arcachon Basin!
Ideally situated, you’ll be able to enjoy all the town has to offer. Set off to explore the spectacular Ville d’Hiver district with its superb early 20th-century houses, its park and its viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the Arcachon Basin!
Treat yourself to an oyster tasting at one of the Bassin’s oyster ports – perhaps at La Teste or Gujan – or even at Arcachon market.
If you fancy heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux or even the famous stilted huts!
Paddle down the Leyre River to the Teich Bird Park – whether you choose to be guided or go it alone in your kayak, the trip is simply stunning!

- The traditional market in La Teste on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays… The market halls, as well as plenty of market gardeners outside, offering organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, confit, foie gras, shoes, clothes and more – a great atmosphere is guaranteed!

- Andernos-les-Bains, 40 km away
- Teich Bird Sanctuary, 20 km away
- Arcachon Zoo on Route de Cazaux – a great day out for relaxation and a change of scenery; Aqualand in Gujan
