Prime location in the city center (same complex as the Palais des Congrès and the Arcachon Casino), opposite the beach, the Eyrac pier, cycle paths, restaurants, and shops, in a prestigious beachfront residence.

This 3-star rated, furnished two-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access and offers a partial view of the bay. The comfortable apartment includes Wi-Fi and is ideal for a wonderful holiday on the bay. It features an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining area, a bedroom (queen-size bed / French doors opening onto the dining area of the converted loggia/see photos), a second, smaller bedroom (7m²) with two single beds (90x190cm) and storage, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Secure private parking is available in the basement. Please note: During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Linen is not provided, but can be rented through the agency: 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towels = €32/week.

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
