Its assets are private parking, private access to the beach at the foot of the residence and its equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hot water tank, video player and Nespresso coffee machine ..). Its great privilege is to have a balcony with a very beautiful view of the basin. Bike paths and free shuttles are also accessible at the foot of the residence.

This apartment has an exquisite view of the bay and is conveniently located to all the wonderful shops and restaurants in the City Center. The apartment itself is sizeable and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend it!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement, son calme et son agrément. Il a été rénové avec goût. Par ailleurs, la terrasse au 5eme et dernier étage est un gros avantage et apporte un réel dépaysement. Enfin, la proximité de la plage (moins de 100m) et du centre ville (20' a pied environ) est idéal.

Wir hatten das VergnĂŒgen, in diesen wunderbaren Appartements zu ĂŒbernachten. Die Ausstattung der Appartements ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage der Appartements ist perfekt. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in die lebhafte Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants, CafĂ©s und GeschĂ€ften. Der Strand ist in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Gastgeber viel Wert auf die Zufriedenheit ihrer GĂ€ste legen.

magnifique vue sur la mer

La vue sur la mer est spectaculaire, avec le passage des voiliers, entre autres. Il n'y a pas deux couchers de soleil identiques, mais tous aussi magiques. Le logement est simple, propre et fonctionnel. La place de parking n'est pas géniale, elle est collée à un local à vélos. Merci à Laetitia (voisine de palier) pour nous avoir prÚté sa place. Je recommande cette location sans problÚme, la résidence est trÚs bien située.
