J'avais effectué une réservation pour la période du 3 au 7 août 2026.Le 31 juillet, j'ai annulé cette réservation, pour raisons de santé. Dans un premier temps, l'hôte m'a demandé de lui faire parvenir un certificat médical afin d'envisager un remboursement mais sans me fournir d'adresse mail. Malgré des demandes répétées, je n'ai jamais reçu d'adresse mail ni de confirmation d'annulation.Par contre, j'ai bien reçu les messages de bienvenue et de consignes pour le départ.J'ose espérer que le dépôt de caution ne sera pas utilisé sachant que je n'ai pas posé un pied dans ce logement.Particulièrement déçu de cette prestation ou plutôt de cette absence totale de communication, je ne manquerai pas de le faire savoir autour de moi.
