A great place to stay if you are in Apia for business or for going shopping and to the markets but you will need to travel further afield to find a nice swimmable beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful pool area beside the restaurant and bar with poolside service

Great Service, Disappointing Room Experience

Stayed at Sheraton Apia and what an experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff were absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and always going the extra mile. The kitchen service was also wonderful with so many great food choices. Honestly, the omelettes were the BEST my husband ever had at any hotel. The bar cocktails were another highlight — perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and every one I tried was delicious.Definitely a must if you’re staying here. Unfortunately, the room let us down. While the view was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the air con strong, the fridge was noisy and had cockroaches crawling inside. The closet didn’t function properly, it’s squeaky and noisy, the bedside drawer is kinda stuck and when you pull it open the whole table moves. The bathroom was in poor condition (loose toilet seat, stained bathtub which still has markings of previous non slip mat), worn tiles, and unfinished shower work). The shower drain looks like it’s blocked, it still flows but very slow. Our last night was the worst part—a birthday celebration was held on our floor, with loud music, kids running in the hallway screaming, laughing and pressing doorbells on every room including ours. Several guests, including myself, were disturbed. I don’t understand why celebrations would be allowed on the same floor as paying guests who are there to relax. Amazing staff and great food, but the poor room condition and disruptive noise made this a disappointing stay.

Loved the breakfast: so much variety. Enjoyed the lap pool and the main pool. Location was great for walking into town. Staff accommodated my need to watch the Warriors play - what more could you ask?

The stay was great we stayed 7 days. The breakfast was beautiful each day. The staff were amazing and very helpful . The only thing we had trouble with was the cleaners we had to go to reception or ring up everyday we were there for our room to be cleaned . As we were away doing things most days all ya wanted was a nice shower when u got back but the room had no clean towels and bed not made but apart from that it was ok

Wonderful and Refreshing Stay

Staff of this particular Hotel was top notch. Very courteous and very willing to assist in many issues. Always nice to interact with the front desk/reception staff. The management staff Lori & Helaine were very professional and accommodating. Thank you for the Great Hospitality. I will be staying here again in the future and will recommend this particular establishment to Family, Friends and Business Companions

Our first night at Sheraton there were small cockroach in the bathroom. 2 days there were no cleaning in our room. We ask for a trolley and reply flat tire. No more staying at Sheraton.

What I didnt like was the food, Breakfast excellent, I ordered oka and poke (raw fish) Answered, fish is frozen. Ok I ordered 2 fish and chips 2 soups. Expecting soup with fresh vegetables but they used frozen peas. Fish and chips was horrible its like left overs, over night food.I ordered dessert ok. I complained they said sorry. They still charge me $190.00 for the 2 fish and chips and 2 soups. Taste of soup too much pepper Anyway they gave dessert free of charge a cheese cake 2 tea. To me they shouldnt charged the 2 fish and chips. I dont mind paying the price with good food. From then on I never dine and lunch there except breakfast.. Sorry is not worth it. Even free dessert to cover up.

Lift was not working, hotel needs a good clean around facilities. Rooms had plugs blocked, called reception maintenance did not arrive.. Rooms were nice but outside of rooms really needs a manager to oversee cleaning, carpets were not vacuumed flies hanging around back areas, even in stairwells that guests have to use were dirty. Cleaning and maintenance really poor for Sheraton standards.

We had a lovely welcome when we first arrived. Staff are fantastic. The gardens are lovely and we enjoyed using the lap pool. The breakfast is amazing, good selection of hot and cold food, they make a very nice omelette and the coffee is great. Had one meal at the restaurant, arrived cold, should have brought this to their attention. 1st room we stayed in was not up to standard, blind fell down twice, we were woken with an alarm going off at 6:30am 1st night and didnt get turned off till 8am. This was after telling 3 people, they then took the smoke alarm away and never replaced it, power went off fixed 2nd day, then two men came to look at the telephone it wasnt going they did nothing. 3rd night the power went off again and power was returned but then all switch's didnt work. We told reception they send man to fix he says its major will have to move. We hear nothing for another half a hour so I go to reception to see if we are moving finally get the manager and tell her the above we are upgraded to a nice room with no issues. As they rectified the situation I would stay again. All the staff or so lovely and welcoming, they certainly make it a special place.

Cleanliness even tho the runners were a bit dirty, but the rooms are beautiful and I hope you keep up the cleanliness. Staff as I have said in the survey, that the communication is key and I know that you have staff undergoing training, but other than that it was a pleasant stay, lets just say it was way way way better than Le Uaina.
