O quarto estava bem limpinho, o banheiro também limpo e cheiroso, porém o papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade, achei terrível oferecerem algo tão ríspido a um hospede. O tapete do banheiro é um risco, porque escorrega, podendo causar acidentes. O travesseiro também não é confortável e poderia ter mais de um para cada hospede. O café da manhã, precisa ser repensado, tantos idosos, pessoas alérgicas, diabéticas e é uma fatura de glúten, poderiam oferecer mais algumas opções mais saudáveis. A noite alguns hospedes fizerem muito barulho até tarde, incomodando o silêncio, sugiro uma plaquinha no corredor. De resto o hotel é bem perto da Catedral, equipe de funcionários muito educada, tudo limpo e com segurança na porta. Vale a pena o custo benefício. Mas podem ajustar alguns detalhes.

Quarto limpo, localização muito boa, restaurante árabe na cobertura excelente. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer: trocar os travesseiros. Os travesseiros são finos e baixos, sendo muito desconfortável para dormir. Do restante tudo muito bom.

A equipe quando cheguei foi super atenciosa. Tinha gente pra carregar as malas. Quanto aos funcionários fui bem recebida. Porém o corredor do andar onde fiquei estava com muito mal cheiro e as vezes ia para o quarto. Eu dormi extremamente mal no hotel. Eles disponibilizaram apenas um pequeno cobertor e fino. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Eu não ficaria mais neste hotel por tais motivos.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Vipper Hotel. O atendimento foi muito bom, o quarto era confortável e a estadia atendeu bem às expectativas. A localização também é um ponto positivo. O único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, que é bem básico. No geral, recomendo a hospedagem e voltaria a me hospedar.

O hotel é bom, os funcionários são muito educados, o café é razoável, o quarto tem equipamentos bons, mas as camas de solteiro são muito pequenas e os travesseiros também não são bons. O quarto pra 5 pessoas é muito pequeno, não comporta 5 adultos, mas como eu estava com duas crianças deu pra ficar, as camas são muito curtas, não tem muito conforto.
