Beautiful property, incredible staff, convenient location. We stayed for 3 nights recently and are still dreaming about the breakfasts we had at Los Pasos. If we travel back to Antigua, there would be no other option for us but Los Pasos. What an amazing experience !!

This hotel is beautiful with rooms set around courtyards with fountains and gardens. Breakfast, included, was delicious with many options from a menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. So I wish I could give it a higher rating, but Friday night we heard amplified music from a wedding until 11 pm. Worse is that Saturday morning, a breakfast meeting had amplified voices before 7 am. So if you book here, ask for a room far away from their meeting room. 2nd main issue is that while our rental car was parked in their lot, manned by a guard, it sustained a crack in the windshield. I have emailed 3 times to get some resolution. Nothing yet. I will update if this issue is resolved.

The location was great for exploring the city on foot, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site with a wide variety of drink and food options. However, bells were set off every morning at 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00 - we were not prepared for this, and had difficulty sleeping. The staff were somewhat helpful, but when I tried to set up a shuttle to pick us up from the Guatemala City airport, they didn't respond after initially setting it up and providing our information. Because of this we had to find a ride at the airport, which was an inconvenience.

I really wanted to love this place. It’s so breathtaking. The staff was pretty nice and welcoming—got into my room a little early. The property is gorgeous but I was very uncomfortable because I couldn’t stay warm. The room had a fountain right outside and I hate noise so this was another drawback for me. It’s very rustic and it gets cold at night and it’s hard to stay warm. No heater just blankets. The biggest perk was the spa and the breakfast. The cacao massage was very good, the therapist did a wonderful job. The restaurant staff was a little distracted and the food was hit or miss. The chilaquiles were probably the best dish , even better than ones I had in Cdmx. The chef was really nice and was eager to make the meal to my liking. I would stay again but ask for a room away from the fountain and during a warm season since they do offer AC just no heating in the rooms.

Lovely hotel for our first few days in Guatemala, very comfortable rooms (hot water in shower takes a while to come through but this is normal) with a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning overlooking a volcano and very friendly staff. Slightly further out than some hotels but still walkable to eg the main square.
