Lovely studio, really clean and easy check in and check out process. We found the sofa bed a little uncomfy (some better pillows would help I think) but we managed! Some anti mosquito plug ins would be amazing as we had to have a killing spree after the first night having suffered many bites (despite keeping the doors closed!).

Great location. Easy to walk to beach and old town. Easy enough walk over to Juan-les-pin. Only thing is would like some basics like salt & pepper. And maybe more than one dish towel. Having to go buy that stuff is a pain.

The stay was very nice and the flat comfortable. It was quiet and Close to the beach. However, at our arrival, the flat was very dirty. We Had to Vacuum and mop the whole floor. There was a Lot of dust and dirt and some Hair (probably of the previous guest?). Everythin else was really nice :)

Excellent stay

We stayed for a weekend in June. The property is 2 blocks away from two sand beaches and restaurants. We appreciated this. We found parking on the street. The property is clean with a great shower and very quiet with a large deck and a beautiful garden The owner was incredible. We needed extra help with check in and she walked us through. Her customer service was exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked. We had fresh artichokes one night from the local market so had dinner in one evening on the deck. Next time we will stay for a week.

Excellente situation du studio. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, même plus! L’endroit est très tranquille et malgré tout à 5 minutes de la mer. Le seul bémol, le lit, pas confortable et qui grince. Heureusement il y a encore un fauteuil lit que nous avons pu utiliser. Concernant la remise de clés, très bonne organisation et simple. Endroit que nous recommandons fortement!
