Mixed bag

This hotel isn’t a 5 star experience. There are certainly positive things to say about this hotel. The food was great, waiting staff that were present were really polite friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained, just not enough towels for the number of people. The worst part was the housekeeping. They were awful. The rooms were not cleaned well each day, we would return to the room at 4-5pm to a dirty room. The level of cleanliness was poor in the rooms. Also we were pushed out by the cleaning staff before check out on the last day. They would walk into the room without knocking on the door. Everything outside of the room I would give 4 star, everything related to room and housekeep 1-2 star.

This was a lovely all inclusive hotel, very relaxed with lots of nice bars and restaurant options, including a pier and some beach front places. The food was fantastic and the pools were fun. Kids club was also really good, but 10am is a late opening time… kids wake up early even on holidays

It’s a real mixed bag. I can’t say that ifs overall a 5* resort. The entrainment is fantastic. Grounds are stunning, beach is amazing. Food is varied. House keeping is really mixed and confusing. Generally good but far from excellent in many ways

Some things to bear in mind that would have made us consider other properties on the same strip: Room sound isolation is very poor and outdated, meaning of you are travelling with babies or small kids, you might have music coming in from various events through balcony and noisy neighbours outside. Hotel has a big amount of sun bed warriors meaning if you are looking for a luxury feel, it quickly abates with tons of families occupying sun chairs without being there for hours. Can definitely feel a bit chaotic at times as well around the pool area and different venues as hotel aims for a mix of family/kid crowd coupled with adults only, which in the end in my view simply misses the mark on both ends. Ultimately, be aware of the taxi service provided by the hotel. Despite multiple pleas to order a cab where you can by by card or taxometer, each time they drove us down from hotel to ”taxi manager” who quoted absolutely obscene prices. The fact that they collaborate with such a company is very poor.

we loved the green, the hotel is full with green, I think I did not be in any hotel like this with so many flowers trees and greens. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and amazing. the lifeguards and animation team perfect as well as the Kids club staff.
