The property was ok, I wouldn’t recommend booking if you were going there from a different country. However, the breakfast that’s included was really disappointing. They only offer 2 options and they were not nice at all. There was one hotel staff that worked at night that was friendly, the others were not very friendly. We asked for an iron one day and one staff member said they don’t have any. But when we asked the night staff for an iron, he was able to provide us with one. The cleaner was very nice and friendly. The rooms look bigger in pictures but quite small when you get there. The view was nice though.

Terrible experience

I had the most terrible experience. Photos on website is misleading. Nothing like it. When I told them I was not happy I could sense some attitude. The worst for me was when they moved me to a different room with no prior notification and moved my personal belonging without my permission. This hapoened while I was out for a walk.They had a very non care attitude when I addressed the matter with them. I contacted Hotels.com because I wanted to cancel the rest of my reservation. They refused the cancellation with a refund which forced me to stay until I left. The following night I also found my room not locked after I have been out for almost the whole afternoon. I know I have locked it when I left. They had a total disregard for my personal belonging and my privacy. They also had workers on site that drilled and made noise the whole day and night. Defnitely not recommending this place.

On arriving at the hotel the valet parked Our car and unloaded the bags, reception was welcoming and smelt absolutely Devine ! We were checked in very quickly and shown the lift to our room. Even though we had a standard room with a sea view it was lovely and very clean. There was a nice big smart tv. The bed was very comfy with four pillows. There is a kettle, tea and coffee also a fridge. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and hot and powerful. They have a lovely restaurant where you can have your breakfast we had the Turkish breakfast which is our favourite! There are lots of places to eat and drink within minutes of the hotel too.

Our stay was great. Front desk and housekeeping staff were kind, accommodating and efficient, especially the gentleman who attended the University of Wisconsin. Rooms were very clean, bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding--high quality food and an unbeatable view of the Mediterranean. Path to walk along the Mediterranean is close by. Bus stop a five minute walk. I would stay here every time I'm in Antalya.

The hotel is pleasant to stay overlooking the sea. The hotel rooms could do with an upgrade. There is no beach but the hotel has good views of the sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel as there are restaurants and shops nearby.
