we had a lovely 3 night stay, and would stay again, but one or two minor issues prevents me from saying excellent. Our room was cleaned lovely, but we felt disappointed that the beaverages were not topped up. It did not appear we had the option for milk along with the teas and coffee sachets, only coffemate, but that does not work with tea, and as i said, they were not topped up anyway. The bathroom fan was not working. Whilst there was a small TV in the room, and being advertised as such, it was not availabe to use. Our room was off the Fine Dining Resturant, where we had a superb meal on our first night. We did not venture into the other part of the hotel, during the rest of our stay, not sure if there was a lounge area. Overall, we would stay again, as the location was perfect.

Prime location in great Kayseri if you want to stay in the old city. However it’s loud with tourists and it sits in a restaurant, so you will hear noises from parties in the old city and diners, especially if you’re traveling during busy season. Thankfully we travelled during late November so it wasn’t that bad. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a nice garden and view upstairs. I recommend getting the premium room upstairs for less noise and bigger space like I did for my parents. Breakfast is okay but not great (cheese, bread, fruits, coffee and tea)

We had an excellent room on the top floor of one building, with a terrace looking over the leafy complex. The beds were comfortable and bathroom worked well, though a bit small with a huge tub shower to climb into. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had some issues one morning, with cold eggs and coffee, but was fine a second morning. It can be a bit noisy as the room entry doors need slamming and the wood construction echoes. In the vicinity, canned music starts early for breakfast below and bands nearby continue till 11pm. We recommend obtaining directions to the hotel from the staff before arrival, as the old town is tricky to drive thru and phone mapping doesn't understand the best way. Parking was near the hotel and easy, with staff help for the bags, once we arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at Tuvana Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They always kept the room clean, great amenities, and the hotel decor and ambiance is very peaceful and vibrant. It’s in a great location in Kaleici (Old city). Beautiful markets and restaurants just a minute walk away. The night life is also fun and intriguing, bars and cafes in close proximity. The food is AMAZING!! We had free breakfast and the buffet had amazing options. The hotel works in correspondence with three restaurants right next to the hotel so you get a selection of Italian, International, and Turkish cuisine. We truly loved our stay at Tuvana Hotel and would definitely book it again!!

Courteous staff who seem underpowered for what’s necessary - in theory this could be a good hotel, but in practice it was disappointing. Hotel common areas are beautiful and the garden is lovely; the restaurant food at dinner was good but not amazing (breakfast was on par with a good airport lounge). Rooms are dated and tired. Despite paying for a premium room, I was still put in a room with two twin beds pushed together with two separate sets of bedding on them, made up as if two people would be sleeping separately on the same bed (what?!). The first room I was put in opened up directly into the restaurant - tables directly outside the door - and the second room was better but faced onto the street. I had read reviews that it can be loud at night facing the street and the front desk man did warn me - so I can’t fault anyone about that. For what was paid - no, not worth it - but maybe that’s also general disappointment with Old Town Antalya (super touristy / kitsche). Maybe if the hotel felt a little more like a retreat I’d have enjoyed it more, but it felt too chaotic and definitely dated for my tastes.

Vi elsker bare Hotel Tuvana, men vi har et par kritikpunkter. Solsengene er ved at falde fra hinanden og hylderne har set bedre dage. Som noget nyt må man ikke selv have drikkevarer med til poolen. Det er sådan set ok, men det er ikke ok mår baren ikke er bemandet og der kommer en tjener rundt 2 gange på en dag. Men vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Heel gezellig en authentiek hotel pal in het centrum van de oude stad. Korte wandelafstand naar zowel de kust, de bazaar, het shoppingcenter Markantalya als de tramlijn vanwaar je zowel naar het busstation als de luchthaven kan gaan. Ruime kamer met zicht op de binnentuin. Lekker ontbijt. Goede airco. Binnenkoer met klein zwembad. Enige minpuntje is de constante (doch rustige) muziek die er speelt vanaf ca 16u wanneer het restaurant opent, tot de laatste gasten vertrekken. De intensiteit van de muziek is ook afhankelijk van waar je kamer gelegen is. Prima hotel, we komen hier graag terug!

The hotel itself was well placed near the action and nightlife but also very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only down side was that the room smelled damp. Probably due to heat outside and aircon inside. More airing of the rooms might help. Breakfast was average.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Location

Beautiful boutique hotel that was once an old house, giving it so much charm and character. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful and so helpful (they even carried our luggage up to the top floor where we stayed). There’s a designated car park space which makes it super convenient if you’re renting a car, and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. Breakfast each morning was served as a buffet in the main restaurant, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Great location in Old Town. I didnt like the fact that room we recived was on the 3rd floor so walking up on those stairs few times a day was a lot. Also it seemed as we were VIP section which was eligibility for room upgrate and nobody informed us about it.
