We appreciated the owners decorating their home for Christmas for our holiday stay! Our family traveled from Colorado, as well as from towns within 2 hours of this location for a Christmas celebration together. The home is beautiful, well equipped, and cozy! The kitchen was fabulous - filled the all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc you need to cook for a large group. They even have 2 refrigerators!

This was the ideal property for us to spend the long holiday weekend with our sons and their friends. Lots of space for privacy and quiet moments, lots of activities, close to groceries and Annapolis, beautifully set up cooking/dining/living area. We hope to be back next year!

Our family of 15 had everything they could wish for. With crabbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, the tree house and pickleball contests... we all had plenty to do for the full week we stayed. The house was spacious and beautiful & the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. Thank you so much for the lifetime of memories our family will cherish!

We loved our stay at Turning Point on The Little Magothy! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, beautiful views, and right on the water. It was such a great spot to relax and spend time together.The house had everything we needed and more. Super comfortable, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in and feel at home.Communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish.We had the best time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway!

Our time at Little Magothy was fabulous. We had 3 generations together with 4 grandchildren ranging in age from 2-11. The home was amazing for a group our size. The bunk room was perfect for the young ones. The house is well appointed with everything (and more) we needed. Our favorite things to do included swimming in the pool, a day at the beach at Sandy Point State Park, a scenic boat trip in Annapolis, fishing off the pier, and eating delicious seafood. We hope we can return another time.

We had a great time overall! Pickleball courts and pool were the absolute highlights of the trip, with everyone getting in on the fun. The house was gorgeous with the sunroom being a bit hit every morning! Thanks!

USNA Graduation

We had 14 family members join us to celebrate my son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. The house is clean, the rooms were great, the property was beautiful, and it was close to USNA. Our family loved the open concept.

Women's Weekend

The property is great for larger groups with plenty of space to do whole group games, but nice little nooks if you need a moment of quiet. The neighborhood is great to walk and jog in and the water was so peaceful. We enjoy the pier and SUP boarding. Great visit.My only heads up is the different levels of the house definitely have different temperatures...lowest level cold/upper level warm.

Amazing property

Really enjoyed my stay at Erin’s place. The space is incredible, really clean and modern. Walls are thick and beds were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed all the amenities as well: kayaking in the lake, pickleball and basketball.A few notes: because it is by the lake, there were a lot of bugs when we went. As part of the check-in process, Erin does need to walk you through the house. She lives an hour away so there needs to be some level of coordination there. As a result, the neighbors do help look after the property. Nothing too intrusive but worth noting.

Weekend retreat

Fifteen ladies from my church stayed at this Vrbo for a weekend conference in Annapolis. We enjoyed the property and the house! We had a beautiful weekend and even got on the water, played pickle ball, and enjoyed the views. The house is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked and the house is comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Since it was November, the heated sunroom floors were a wonderful bonus. Thank you for the memories and a wonderful stay!

Serenely relaxing weekend on the water

Wonderful serene location on a tributary to the Bay. Beautiful water views with its own dock and kayaks. 15 minutes to Annapolis. House is very comfortable, freshly and attractively decorated, and well stocked. Manager was extraordinarily helpful. Nine of us had a perfect relaxing long weekend.

Amazing property!

Our group had an amazing time staying on this property. There are many areas inside the house as well as outside the house where you can gather with family and friends. It was very quick and easy to order Ubers/lyfts to the downtow Annapolis area whenever we needed. The house is also convientely located near a small shaping center less than a mile away. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect October Weekend

Our annual girls weekend was held at this property. The house was perfect. there were enough beds and Comfortable relaxing places to sit and view the lake relax around the pool Or just sit quietly and read a book. The property manager, Erin Was so helpful through the entire process And I do think the pictures did not do justice to the lovely appointed decor.
