The room is run down and could use some better cleaning The wallpaper is peeling off The chairs in the lobby are run down and need to be replaced The tv didn’t work so I called the front desk they said they would come fix it they never came so I called in the morning and now we have to wait until 8 am to see if anyone will come to fix it The staff is friendly Check in was a breeze

Checked in late at night and was very tired. After reaching the room along with all the luggage, found the bathroom was not clean. It had hair on the floor - possibly from a pet who stayed in the room previously. On the floor in one room there were a couple of dogs that were barking. Overall the stay was not satisfactory. Could not change the room at night because we were very tired.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless. Location was relatively easy to get to. My only “ding” is that the bed linens seemed to be made with non breathable fibers so even with the room temperature turned way down, the top sheets were way too warm. Otherwise, it was a good stay for us.

The woman at the front desk was robotic. Not unpleasant, but mechanical. The man cleaning the building was amazingly nice. The entrance of the place always smells clean, however, we stayed on the 4th floor, and it smelled like an old ashtray. Incidentally, the next morning the fire alarm went off. No fireman came. The staff were not interacting with the guests. It was just very weird. It wound up being someone smoking in one of the rooms. This must happen often, and the reason why there was no emergency presence (aside from a lone officer sent to check). Should there be a real emergency, I fear "the hotel that cried wolf" story would play out.

Hmmm how was our stay? I'm not sure because never got to stay! We're attending a Halloween party close by. Had our costumes ready to go. Arrive and we're told our reservation was canceled. That's funny cause not only didnt anyone tell us but just an hour earlier i was getting emails confirming my stay. Of course hotel blamed it on Hotels com. Listen its ok we got canceled. It happens... but to not get any notice!! Thank goodness it was only a 45 minute drive.

The pool is outside and seasonal so it was closed for our stay 11/2/25. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok, wish there was more fruit. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
