"The house is lovely. We loved the front porch. Although we did not use the lanai on the lower level, it is a great place for outdoor activities and outdoor meals. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the large center island which came in very handy as we all prepared dinner together. The only downside was the temperature control. We were fortunate that it was cooler weather, but in the afternoon the house did get warm. The thermostat is remote controlled so we could not adjust it to cool the house down. The host was accommodating to our request. I would just suggest working out the temperatures you would like with Jeff prior to your stay. Overall, the stay, the house, the location was excellent."

"It was an unreal home. It was a girls trip, we all had our our bedroom and bathroom. Loved the floor plan. So close to beach and restaurants. It was like staying in a mansion. We couldn’t go to beach or use the pool because of freezing temperatures.Our one huge disappointment was the weather. Lowest temperature since the 1930s. I think we need a do-over."
