Shell We Dance? Charming Bungalow with Fabulous Location and Private Pool!

Like so many homes on Anna Maria Island, our home was severely flooded. Professional photos are coming, but until they are in, we thought you may enjoy a sneak peek!
We made a few needed changes in the floor plan, and believe it is at its best ever! We cannot thank those who reached out to us and wished us well, and those understanding guests whose vacations were upended by the storm and its toll on our humble home. It is with much gratitude that we thank you for your kindness, understanding, prayers, and love. Shell We Dance is back and better than EVER!!
Sweet vintage 1950's bungalow/cottage with all the charm of the island! Beautifully decorated, fully fenced back yard with private pool, (second building is the original garage where bikes and beach gear are stored). Located on the island's much sought after north end, it is a short walk to Bean Point Beach, Bay Front Beach and Park. Crystal clear waters of the gulf, white sands, and island breezes await!

2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Cozy living room with queen sized foldout sofa, screened in lanai, kitchen, and laundry room. With full sized washer and dryer included in the home and complimentary bikes to explore the island. Other items at the home for your use during your stay are beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, a cart to roll all your gear to the beach, and pack-n-play for baby. Many accoutrements included!

Relax, unwind, and dance like no-one is watching!

What a lovely little gem of a beach house! We loved the close location to the beach and appreciated the beach amenities, like the towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed the front porch, which was great for watching the beach-goers while drinking my morning coffee. The house also had crispy cool air conditioning, clean bathrooms, and clean linens, all things we appreciated. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a sweet little house for our beach stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming house. From the very moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the lovingly designed and high-quality interior. Every little detail makes you feel like you’ve entered a true “home away from home.”The location is simply unbeatable — within minutes, you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on this beautiful island. The pool area, especially with the lovely Adirondack chair, is perfect for relaxing, and even beach chairs and a BBQ are provided. In one word: wonderful. A place where you immediately want to stay longer and simply enjoy every moment.Thank you for letting us be your guests!

Everything was great and we especially appreciated how nicely the place was stocked with utensils, etc., which were not the usual cheap junk property managers usually find but quality all the way around. One major suggestion: We sat outside or tried and we were eaten alive by mosquitos and other flying bugs. I mean, we were bitten all over and insect repellant didn't even work! What you need is a significant bug zapper. That would improve the experience exponentially. Thank you.
