Perfectly quiet, located in an ultra-residential area, it extends over 170 m² and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A beautiful industrial-style living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, open onto the living room with fireplace. This main room opens directly onto the large terrace and swimming pool.
- A living room with sofa, TV and table soccer

Second wing of the villa (fully air-conditioned):
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and dressing rooms
- A bathroom with shower
- A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room, dressing room and direct access to the terrace

- A large south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture
- Summer kitchen with plancha
- Unheated swimming pool (6x3 m, chlorine pool protected by roller shutter)
