I think my room was supposedly newly renovated, but the result was substandard: toilet paper holder hanging out of the wall and never properly installed, shower bar not installed (just two holes in the shower where it’s supposed to be), dried paint splatters on the tub floor and other random places in the room, and general dirtiness throughout. Hair in the tub and dirty surfaces: nightstand, vanity, etc. I reached out to hotels.com to help resolving the situation, but the hotel staff never responded."
