Beautiful house in a lovely and calm area

You will enjoy your holidays in this lovely villa.
Facing south , you will enjoy the sun , however you won .t suffer from it with our large covered terrace ( providing good shade ) facing the pool. Your children will have fun in the pool and you will have a good time relaxing under the " pagoda"....Inside the lovely house you will find everything you need ,from good quality beds ,to every ustensils you may need in the kitchen .....
Please note that the garden and the pool will be cleaned weekly at no extra charge.

Amazing Holiday!

Laurence’s home is absolutely fantastic and the pictures do the property justice. We spent 11 nights here in September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent here. We will be back again!

Très belle villa au calme et tout confort.

Nous avons passé 15j très agréables dans cette maison très bien agencée, et avec beaucoup d'espace intérieur et une superbe piscine.La piscine chauffée est une merveille, avec les espaces soleil / transat et coin détente apéro au top !Tout le monde a su trouver sa place, intérieur (2 espaces canapé) et extérieur (coin au bord de la piscine, et bien sur le jacuzzi est aussi un plus) L'environnement autour de la maison est très calme, avec un petite forêt derrière la maison, pas de bruits, à 30mn à pieds ou 5mn en vélo du centre ville d'Andernos.La région est très sympa et mérite d'être visitée.Merci à Laurence pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos questions.

Séjour topissime !

Nous avons passé 15 jours au petit coin de Paradis comme l'aime a l'appeler les proprietaires et nous avons rapidement compris pourquoi. Villa très agréable, on s'y sent rapidement chez soi, rien ne manque. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, dans un environnement très calme. Mention spéciale pour le côté piscine, on se croirait sur une île ! Laurence et Patrick sont extrêmement disponibles et répondent rapidement aux demandes. La location s"est faite facilement grâce à la réactivité de Laurence et ses reponses claires et précises sur les questions que nous avions. Merci Patrick pour sa gentillesse ainsi que pour la confiture et le melon que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Gros coup de coeur pour la villa et ses environs, la region est magnifique et mérite d'être visitee.

Der perfekte Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Villa

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war von der Vermieterin perfekt organisiert, das Haus war super sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, es ist an alles gedacht worden. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfeln, Backofen, Grill..Wir haben jeden Abend zuhause gegessen, weil wir dort alle Annehmlichkeiten hatten. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, jeder von uns hat täglich einen neuen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Die Umgebung ist extrem ruhig, die Nächte waren dadurch erholsam. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub, wir haben Ausflüge nach Bordeaux, Arcachon, St Emilion, Cap Ferret gemacht…. Besonders schön war es immer, nach Hause zu kommen und noch Zeit am Pool zu verbringen oder den Aperitif am Pool einzunehmen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin Laurence für die problemlose Kommunikation und das Vertrauen, das uns entgegengebracht wurde. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich auch selbst noch einmal hier Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Erinnerungen!

Très jolie maison

Einfach wunderbar

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dieser wundervollen Villa verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir fühlten uns richtig zu Hause. Die Bilder der Villa sind genau so, wie man sie antrifft-alles sauber und bestens gepflegt. Die Vermieterin pflegte einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit uns. Die Villa ist in einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Quartier, in der Nähe eines kleinen Waldes. Die Natur rundherum ist wundeschön und dennoch ist man nah des Dorfkerns. Mit dem Velo kann man hier super auch mit Kindern fahren. Wir empfehlen diese Villa sehr, wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien rundherum. Danke Laurence für alles von Herzen, wir haben uns sehr Zuhause gefühlt.

Magnifique location au calme dans les pins à deux coups de pédales du bord du bassin. Bon accueil, propriétaire très à l'écoute tout au long du séjour n'hésitant pas à donner de bons conseils. Je recommande cette adresse pour s'assurer un bon break dans un endroit ou l'on se sent comme chez soi.

Wir haben eine rundum wundervolle Woche verbracht: der Atlantik ganz nah, Strände und Natur zum Baden und Wandern, Seebad-Feeling in Arcachon, überall ein köstliches Angebot an Meeresfrüchten, Bordeaux kulturell sehenswert. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, dennoch ist man schnell im Ort, Ausstattung perfekt und wie beschrieben bzw. abgebildet. Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Laurence. Pool und Whirlpool eine wunderbar belebende Ergänzung des Angebots dieser schönen Villa.

Une superbe villa avec picine

La villa est magnifique. Aménagée avec goûts et hyper fonctionnelle. Les extérieurs sont impeccables. Il y a plein de petits recoins pour s’isoler quand on le souhaite et profitez le reste du temps ,en famille, du patio à l’ombre et de l’as piscine. La villa est située au bord de la forêt et proche du centre ville. Il y a une esplanade avec une jetée, des bars, restaurants, et deux grandes rues piétonnes. Tout le monde y trouve sont bonheur. sehr schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern (21, 19) und deren Freunden in diesem schönen Haus und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, der Pool ist herrlich und in den Ort hinein ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour qui nous laisse un excellent souvenir !

La maison est fonctionnelle, propre, joliment décorée et située dans un quartier calme d'Andernos (mais à proximité du centre-ville, d'un supermarché et du bord de mer) . Rien ne manque pour y passer un excellent séjour en famille (belle piscine, extérieur agencé avec soin, table de ping pong, trampoline, spa, bd pour les enfants...). En plus de cela, un petit coffret de bienvenue et des hôtes attentifs au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Tout était vraiment parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa où l’on a manqué de rien. Quel accueil !!! Nous avons été accueillis avec un bouquet de fleurs, un panier avec des spécialités de la région et un adorable petit mot de bienvenue de Laurence la propriétaire. Quelles douces attentions ! Merci pour tous. Merci aussi à Françoise pour son sourire, son dynamisme et son professionnalisme. Quant à la maison, un vrai havre de paix et de bonheur. La maison est très grande et très bien équipée. Il y a même de nombreux livres et jeux de sociétés pour petits et grands en plus des prestations déjà au top. Mes enfants s’en sont donnés à cœur joie dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et le trampoline. De plus cette maison est idéalement situé sur le bassin d’Arcachon. Nous sommes tristes d’être partis mais nous reviendrons avec une grande joie. Encore merci

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa magnifique où tout est pensé pour que les locataires se sentent bien. Family break August 2019

The property is well equipped with a fantastic private pool which our three young daughters really enjoyed. Andernos is a nice little town with plenty of good restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area with a variety of beaches and also a water park, zoo and other attractions in Arcachon which is about 40 mins drive.
