Some member of staff were very nice and the shuttle service was very nice. However the lock on the door was busted and the tub didn’t drain. Also they canceled breakfast continental and The restaurant. It was a very disappointing stay because of that. I had to convince them to bring some cereal and milk since we were starving. I won’t come here again

I booked a hotel for a the night of Nov 16, 2019 to catch a flight to Austin in the morning so I don't to drive in a snowstorm or icy road. Service was okay when check in. After I checked out and left, there was a charge to my card for extra $54.45 on my card. I called to inquired and put on hold 3 times for 10 minutes without explanation other than let me checked. I called back and was told to call back in 20 mins in a rude and unprofessional way. I was told that she was by herself and have customers. I told her if she let me know since the beginning I wouldn't have any issues but to let me hold for 10 mins and not assisting me at all was excusable when I was told that she is looking into it. I asked to speak to the manager but was rudely told that the manager was not there. I would never stay there again nor I will recommended this place for any families or friend.

The room had a bad smell to it and the beds need to be replaced due to the fact you could see where people have laid in the bed and wore the mattress out
