Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). With its large bay window, the balcony extends the living room with a magnificent view of the village of Ancelle and Vieux Chaillol.

The accommodation comprises
- 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200cm) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Ancelle, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
