A wonderful stay in a lovely town.

As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed. The reception team were fabulous, as were the restaurant team and the spa/gym teams. Everything was effortless. The room (we opted for a suite) was spacious, so we didn't feel as though we were in each others' pockets. Excellent location, a 10mins walk to the V&A, RRS Discovery and 15mins to the main station and restaurants.

Lovely hotel if the Loo is OK

Hotel was lovely. Only issue we had was with the toilet which was coming away from the wall and didn’t seem very supportive.

Very Pleasant stay.

Reception staff were very welcoming. Nice room with a view over the quay. Parking was reasonably priced in their own car park - paid for on arrival but you can come and go during your stay. Evening meal was good and reasonably priced but the price of drinks were not - this is Dundee not London. Doesn't affect my 5 star rating but yet again another hotel with these terrible fixed shower heads and no shower head with a flexible pipe - but this is just my preference I know lots of people including my wife do not mind these showers..

Brilliant stay, great room with excellent view. Breakfast was great and staff were really friendly particularly Yin Lee in the restaurant and the female receptionist who was working during our stay. Rare these days to get such helpful and happy service. Brilliant value overall and will stay again for sure.
