Very well maintained property . The leisure facilities were nice and children enjoyed the pool services. It’s not free you have to pay to use. Room type we booked was very spacious for a family of 5. Woodlands Broughty Ferry

Our room was up 2 flights stairs, no lift, not good, not explained there was no lift. Both have walking difficulties. No offer of assistance with luggage. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Food average. Parking good. Nice town to visit; Broughty Ferry. Overall happy stay.

Property was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Check in was swift and well organised. Only issue was the temperature. With the warm weather the room was sweltering and there was no way to cool it down. Even with the windows open as far as possible and the portable fan fully on the room was unbearably hot. With a young child this was not ideal.
