"Staff were incredibly helpful, great welcome and couldn't do enough during our stay. Our room whilst clean was very noisy, as it overlooked the main road, and even with the bathroom window open at the side of the hotel, (no aircon) we could hear the traffic. "I booked a twin room for me and my friend, for a three day stay. However when we checked in, we were put in a room with a single bed with no option to change room. On the good side, the breakfast is good with wide range of options, parking is included. There is no AC."

"The breakfast was unbelievably great. Lots of pastries all home made. The room was wonderful for a family. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and tons of space and a beautiful big balcony. The location was wonderful also, right in the middle of town. The gondola is only 5 minute walk."

"Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient. Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced."
