Nous avons été très très enchantés par notre séjour. L'appartement est absolument magnifique, tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est neuf, design, spacieux, décoré avec soin,... La terrasse avec ses garde corps vitrés est spacieuse et offre une vue incroyable à 180°, du haut du 8ème étage, sur la magnifique baie d'Alicante. Si vous aimez voir la mer, comme nous, vous serez comblés. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de nos apéritifs et diners dans ce décor majestueux. Que ce soit de jour comme de nuit, la vue est tout simplement magnifique. La chambre principale offre également la même vue, avec son grand panneau vitré, que du bonheur ! Les Salles de bains sont également très modernes et très agréables à vivre. La cuisine, elle aussi très moderne est très bien équipée en électroménager, ustensiles et vaisselle pour les repas. Au pied de l'immeuble (juste un boulevard à traverser et une très courte jolie promenade en pente soit 3 minutes), se trouve la plage de l'Albufera, avec son sable fin, ses palmiers, sa paillote restaurant, sa mer bleu, bref le paradis. Après la plage, un petit bain dans l'élégante piscine située au pied de la résidence.
Enfin, une station de Tramway, se trouve, juste de l'autre côté du boulevard (3 minutes à pied), qui permet de relier le centre d'Alicante en 3 stations, soit environ 15 minutes, et toutes les autres plages de la côte jusqu'à BENIDORM. Ce qui permet de laisser soigneusement son véhicule sur la place de parking couverte et sécurisée située sous l'immeuble. Plus besoin de véhicule, tout est à portée, que ce soit à pied, ou en Tramway. Pour finir, les hôtes, Lourdès et son mari Ramon, sont très attentionnés, d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles, et près à tout, pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous les remercions une fois de plus pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs délicates attentions, et promettons de revenir les voir bientôt.

Außergewöhnlich
Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage direkt am Albufereta Strand mit herrlichem Ausblick von der 8. Etage auf die gesamte Bucht, den man schon morgens direkt aus dem Bett genießen kann. Außerdem gibt es direkt vor der Tür eine Haltestelle der (fast lautlosen) Stadtbahn, mit der man wahlweise in nur 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten an den Strand von San Juan fahren kann. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann sich über großzügige (auch für große SUV geeignete) und absolut sichere Parkplätze in der Garage oder auf dem verschlossenen Parkplatz freuen. Das gesamte Objekt mit jeweils einer Wohnung pro Etage wurde erst 2020 fertiggestellt und Pandemie-bedingt kaum benutzt. Die gesamte Ausstattung - auch der Küche- ist vorbildlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin Lourdes.
