Easy to get to from airport bus, easy to walk into town/harbour/beach. Nice reception area and very clean room. Slightly smoky smell in room when we arrived, but this soon disappeared. My father and I stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast manager has been really nice and the Fronk desk has also been nice in terms of guiding us for restaurants and places to visit around the area. If you want to go out of town use the bus for confort and not the tram

But paying 3 times the price to the local bars feels a bit much other then that lovely nice clean room and friendly great staff! And the entire hotel is well maintained and clean! Review of AC Hotel Alicante I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Alicante and had a mixed, but generally positive, experience. The lobby area is quite nice and modern, though it does get very crowded during the day. The parking lot at first looks a bit intimidating, but it was surprisingly simple to navigate, even with my SUV. The rooms were clean, but I had a couple of issues with the air conditioning. The AC in my first room was not working at all, but the staff was quick to move me to a new room. In the second room, I noticed a very dirty filter which was causing a foul odor. I requested that it be cleaned, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The smell eventually seemed to go away, or I just got used to it. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. Overall, I think this is a good property, but it could be great with some minimal maintenance improvements, especially with the air conditioning.

A lovely stay!

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection. The pool is on the smaller side but very nice and well-maintained. The only slight downside is the location – it’s a bit far from Alicante city centre, but only a €6 taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. Overall, a great experience however, a little too far out for us.
