I highlight its location, less than 600 m from the beach and just 200m from the old town of Alcúdia.

The exterior is very comfortable, with a large swimming pool next to a porch with a fixed barbecue.

Maximum capacity of 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning.

It has 1 full bathroom, living room with air conditioning and a large fully equipped kitchen-diner with access to the porch.

On the first floor, there is a large solarium to enjoy the Mallorcan sun.



Alcúdia is a walled medieval city where, a few metres from the old town, next to the Church of Sant Jaume,

one can enjoy the cultural route to the Roman City of Pollentia, founded in 123 BC,

a route that will take us to the most interesting places preserved from Roman times in the current Alcúdia.

great to stay with a group of friends. they let us check us in earlier, which was nice. garden was pretty. tip: bring mosquito repellent, since there where a lot of them unfortunately. also a few basic cooking things (pepper salt oil coffee tea) would've been nice. furthermore stay was great!
