Fantastic hotel

Great place, we stayed in apartment and were half board. Food was good with plenty to choose from. Hotel is right on the beach with shops, bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. There are 3 pools - one quiet, one for kids and main pool with entertainment, so take your pick! Maid service every day, they even wash up for you! HB and had bottles of water in room every day. Hotel is great for couples and families. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we would definitely go back again!

Great hotel but rooms need updating.

A great hotel for families, with great facilities, good entertainment and the best food I've had in an All Inclusive hotel. Also great location right on one of the best beaches in Europe and staff are very friendly. The only issue with the Hotel is that the rooms are very dated. Furniture belongs in the 90s and kitchen area has limited facilities. Rooms are a great size though. If you stay ensure you visit the Epcot Bar down the road, with very friendly staff and good value.

Staff were great - the hotel was fantastic. Rooms clean and very spacious. Food was amazing. This was our first family holiday with the kids and I am so glad we went here. Highly recommend!

The best feature is the location on the beach, and the beach is excellent - fine white sand, clear water with almost no waves (being in a gulf). The staff was friendly and helpful, but the information provided was not always complete - e.g. I purchased the dinner package but nobody mentioned that it does NOT include the self-serve drinks in the buffet area, so I ended up in a very unpleasant situation with the waiting staff... had to buy a separate dinner drinks package... Also, the description on the site is not quite accurate - the so-called beach bar, chairs and umbrellas are inside the resort property, not really on the beach. If you want to be on the sand that's a public beach, and 2 chairs and an umbrella will cost you 13 euros per day (we preferred to buy 2 umbrellas for 10 euros each and give them away to a family with children when we left). Also, "snorkeling nearby" means that the place to book a snorkeling trip is nearby - the shallow, sandy waters are not enticing for marine life, nothing to see underwater in walking distance. The entertainment was OK, nothing to write home about but not bad either.

Great family hotel, close to the beach

A fantastic hotel. Excellent onsite staff and entertainment for children and adults. Swimming pools suited us down to the ground and with the beach right outside the hotel it couldn't be better placed. Alcudia is a great resort well suited to families. We had breakfast included which was lovely and upgraded to ll inclusive for 2 days at the end which gave us drinks, lunch and dinner which were also really good. We ate out most nights and there is a really good choice of restaurants nearby. Hoping to return next year.

The team make the stay

The team that have been there for years are a real credit to the hotel . Paulino and Isabel in the restaurant remember everything about us each year we stay and that includes our beverage and food preferences - what a way to make someone feel special . Nice apartment with poor kitchen facilities

One saucepan, no kettle, grill, microwave, even draining board. Clearly not meant for any real cooking. Noise from corridor kept us awake. Very friendly place good for families. Near the beach. Staff very pleasant.

Perfect for families

Room was tired, but spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have worked harder. The breakfast and dinner buffet was the best I've ever had in Spain. Very fresh, very imaginative and the quality and variety was more than you could ever wish for. The swimming pools were perfect for both young children and adults alike. I would definitely return to an Iberostar hotel in the hope that it would be as good as this one which surely sets the company standard.

Good location

The hotel did not enforce their own policy of not allowing guests to place beach towels on the sunbeds - people were getting up at stupid o clock to 'reserve' a sun bed and unfortunately I had to start doing that too otherwise myself and my elderly mother would never have got one! It was ridiculous! People were reserving sunbeds and then disappearing for most of the day without ever sitting on them! Extremely frustrating and having to get up at 7am every morning to play the game was not how I wanted to spend my holiday! The food was lovely but the dining area was soooo busy and frantic - extremely noisy. The staff did not help as they were dashing about and shouting over the heads of guests. I understand that it was a busy time but I always felt pressured either to eat quickly in order to get a sunbed or get a chair for the evening's entertainment. But the hotel is in a superb location - we have been before but at a quieter time and the staff, when you have a problem, are eager to get it resolved.

Lovely hotel in great location

Very pleased with our choice. We stayed on a room only basis in one of the apartments. The room with kitchenette was spacious but fairly basic. The pool area was spacious and clean with plenty of sun loungers. The location is perfect. 30 second walk to the beach, supermarkets everywhere and it's only a 15-20 walk into the main town centre.

Excellent location but in need of update

The hotel is facing the white sands of Alcudia beach and this is the most important thing for me. The apartment is spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was very pleasant, but the sea just in front beats it.

good hotel with a great location

Having just returned from Cuidad Blanca, the hotel has been updated since our last visit three years ago and the facilities overall are great . The most impressive part for my family was that certain members of the team - Paulino who has worked there 22 years ,remembered us from three years ago and remembered our beverage preferences . I find that exceptionally impressive considering the amount of people he comes across each day and he helped make my mothers birthday very memorable. The staff really make this hotel. Thank you Paulino for a great stay.

Great hotel for the kids, a walk away to the beach

We stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. The hotel had great facilities for children throughout the day. The boys loved the kids pool areas and slides and the beach which was a 5 minute walk away through the resort. The food was fab throughout the day. There are lots of places to eat outside the hotel if you ever needed more choice. A great place to eat paella just next to spar. The rooms were ok but make sure you request a ground floor or pay the little extra for the upgrade it really makes the difference with pushchairs. Thanks Toni for looking after us on arrival!. Overall, if you want a great family holiday catering for kids then I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing family hotel

First time all inclusive with our 4 month old and 2 year old. For the 10 days what made the holiday so great was the staff. From check in, to room service, to restaurant and bars to kids club they are all fantastic. Laura and Artur especially made our staff extra special with some of the best service I have ever received. If you have a young family and looking for a perfect stay with great food, facilities and staff I can't recommend this hotel enough. Short walk to the port which is well worth a visit. We will be returning.
