This elegant holiday villa stands out for its special and excellent location. Located directly on the lake in a small residential area, at the foot of the "Sant Marti" mountain and also in the famous and beautiful town of Alcudia, just 1 km from the sandy beach.
The garden offers guests a private 7m x 3.5m saltwater pool with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorca sun surrounded by extensive green areas. After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the covered terrace in the living room made of high-quality polyrattan. There is a barbecue in the outdoor covered area and a ping-pong table that you can enjoy with your family and/or friends.
The house is distributed over two floors and has space for 8 people spread across four rooms. Three of them have a double bed and the other two single beds. On the main floor there is a bathroom with a shower and on the first floor two more bathrooms with a shower as well.
The house shows a careful style with high-quality and elegant furniture. In the entrance area, a wide staircase first leads to a gallery and then to three of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, from the entrance to the right, you reach the fourth bedroom with a door leading to the garden and has an en-suite bathroom with a modern flush shower. On the left side of the entrance is the sophisticated and functional living-dining room with Smart TV and wifi. Solid wood furniture and a glass table are complemented by high-quality upholstered furniture. Lots of light enters the rooms with marble floors, whose walls are decorated with stucco moldings. A spacious separate kitchen completes the excellent furnishings. The entire accommodation has air conditioning.

We have just returned from a family holiday, 6 adults and a small child.
The villa is beautiful. Better than the photographs! It is private in a quiet street not heavy with passing traffic and away from the main buzz of the clubs and bars.
The beach is a 15 minute walk.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by within 5 minutes walk.
The rooms are large and spacious, plenty of space for everyone.
The pool is fantastic for the children, it’s safe and private.
It was a joy to stay here and we would certainly love to return agajn
