Nice apartment located next to the wonderful beach of Port Alcudia, with direct connection to the area beach and facing the sea, from which you benefit from a light breeze that will refresh you on hot summer days. This apartment can accommodate 6 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is very well equipped, including air conditioning, internet or Smart TV.



The apartment is located in a building with only four apartments, so you will have great peace of mind. It consists of three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two beds. It has a spacious living room with a large table, open kitchen and a comfortable sofa where you can relax or watch your favorite series on the Smart-TV. In the same area we have a newly renovated bathroom. From the living room through glass doors you have access to the terrace, there you can find a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meal outdoors and see the beach and the sea. Finally, and to make your stay more comfortable, on the street level there is a totally private bathroom with a shower, where you can take a small shower to wash off the sand or salt before entering the apartment.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is € 0.30 / Kw to pay on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
