Welcome to the Carabela 51 Apartment! Situated on the seafront and very close to the marina of Puerto de Alcúdia, an exceptionally privileged location in the centre of one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

With direct access to Alcúdia's stunning white sand beach and also to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building, the Carabela 51 apartment is perfect for those looking for a beach holiday with all the comforts.

The apartment sleeps up to four people, with two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a cosy and fully furnished living-dining room with Smart TV, as well as a completely equipped open-plan kitchen.

From the living room there is access to the terrace where you have at your disposal another table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals accompanied by the refreshing breeze of the Mediterranean Sea.



Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.

Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.

Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist eher billig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind hart wie Stein und man kann nicht darauf liegen. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! Balkontür ging bei Ankunft nicht auf. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig! Täglich waren Bauarbeiten in der Anlage zu hören. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die Kälte. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft völlig ausgekühlt. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sie über eine Heizung verfügt. Leider gab es nur eine im Wohn und Essraum, die insgesamt wenig Wärme brachte. Wir haben mit Pullover geschlafen und es war insgesamt so unzumutbar, so dass wir ins Hotel gezogen sind. Die Agentur Mallorca properties kam uns preislich nicht entgegen. Man wollte den Eigentümer nach einem Preisnachlass fragen und sich bei uns melden, was nie erfolgte. Auch eine zusätzliche E Mail unsererseits blieb unbeantwortet. So etwas würde es in Deutschland bei Beschwerden niemals geben. Unser Urlaub war leider insgesamt dadurch wenig erholsam und wir durften doppelt zahlen. Das Apartement kann unserer Meinung nach nicht in kaltem Monaten und zu diesem hohen Preis vermietet werden. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis.
