The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They were in the middle of renovations so that made some of the common areas messy which is okay since they are working on it. However in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang a towel.

Room 205: chipping floor, broken bathroom door, glass in the shower with dried water stains, smell of sigarettes. If I would not be exausted after the flight, I would leave. There are rooms on 3rd floor that are renovated, as I was told. Will not stay again.

Had to catch a flight earlier than we could enjoy a breakfast comfortably. Not sure how the construction dust could be a clean environment for food. I must say the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our need to have transportation to the airport and back!

Very clean, quiet despite being full due to balloon fiesta. The staff was extremely nice and engaging. Only bad thing was that we were told that breakfast ended at 10 when we checked in. Woke up at 9 to get some breakfast and everything was put up and away. Was really looking forward to experiencing this hotels breakfast so it was a huge let down. Did I mention it was clean? So clean it smelled clean.
