"We were not happy with our room as this is the third time I have stayed at Epic Sana on the third floor with an ocean-facing room. The representative at reception immediately resolved the issue on the phone and offered us another room which was available for us to move into the next day. This displayed a high level of customer care because he did what he could to find a solution that worked for the customer rather than ignoring the fact that we were unhappy about what we had paid for. The only challenge was that the hand dryer in the men's bathrooms of the fine dining restaurant in Alquimia pushed our dirty air and needed to be replaced. This did not occur in any other bathroom at the resort and is not what you would expect from a fine-dining restaurant. "

"We ended up staying here for a night after being stranded in Portugal due to the blackouts. We were stressed, tired, and a little run down but this hotel completely brightened things up.
