Very nice, quiet room. Very good breakfast, in fact this morning they made green chili to put on the eggs and it was delicious!! An extra little special item I haven't seen anywhere else. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Easy to find, easy in and out. About 33 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park which is why we came to the area. Found out its 38 miles from the Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument so it's close to some other tourist areas. Overall great stay!!

Worst hotel stay we have ever had. Bed sheets had previous person’s socks in between the sheets still. Smokers by the pool, marijuana smoked outside our room and blown in through the air conditioning unit. The property was in serious disrepair. The locks on the door and the door handles don’t work without wrestling the door each time in and out. The lobby smelled of sewer and was in need or repairs as well. We can’t believe this is owned by a major hotel name. Absolutely awful.
