There is also a 14 m² terrace with garden furniture, from which you can admire the sea. Bed linen and towels extra. Private car park at the bottom of the residence.

The flat
Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the flat is as follows:

- The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa bed with mattress overlay for 2 people (although the mattress overlay improves comfort, the bedding remains firm, sufficient for two children but too firm in general for two adults), TV, dining area for 4 people.
- kitchenette opening onto the living room: hob, fridge, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, 4kg washing machine
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm x 190cm) and blackout curtain
- Bathroom with shower and WC separated by a partition wall
- 14 m² south-facing terrace with no overlooked access, furnished with table and chairs, from which you can admire the breathtaking sea views.
