On the ground floor, for rent apartment of 3/4 bright rooms: - entry (and closed garden of 1500m2 surrounding the house), - living / dining room, with a table for 6 people, with bay window overlooking terrace with views of the village and the mountains, - an equipped American kitchen (electro-household, induction plate, microwave) with sliding window, - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 washbasins and separate toilet.
The living room sofa is convertible (sleeps 2 people). TV and internet access. The terrace is equipped (table 6 people, 6 chairs, 2 sunbathing and parasol ..) Garage and exterior location for several vehicles. The floor of the house is not inhabited.
