If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else.

The room and space does not look as advertised in these photos. The photos make it look like a 5 star hotel when it is really a 3 star hotel. Looks like it will be very lux but it is decidedly not. Parts of the room were newly renovated but with cheap and faux finishes. This was one of my stops on a road trip from Paris to Milan. It was the most expensive room and the least nice room. We booked 2 nights and ended leaving the morning after the first night since it was my husbands birthday and I wanted it to be special with things to do in the area. lost out on money of the second night.

You should definitely check spa availability before booking. I booked my room and then found out their spa seevices were booked up for the entire weekend. In my opinion, that's the biggest reason to stay here. Otherwise, the hotel was nice for the money.

fantastic one-night stop

The hotel is in a beautiful location, quiet and relaxing. There is a fantastic open-air spa with a view of the mountains, and many walking trails nearby. The room was comfortable and in great condition, with ample closet space, good view, nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Lots of menu options at the restaurant, and the food was very good.

Good family room

Nice stay for one night. Some of the information about ski resorts was quite wrong. We were told it was 20 minutes to Val Thorens when it was really 58 minutes according to Google Maps. Great price and the room was very nice and spacious.

Serviceable hotel, unpleasant service.

Just stopped for the night on my way to ski. Night receptionist was rather unpleasant and unhelpful (I had to switch rooms twice due to the issues to follow and he was visibly annoyed by my requests). Climate control wouldn’t work in any of the rooms and they were exceptionally hot. One room had a very loud motor sound. Ended up back in the original room - an hour later - with the windows open, which I don’t mind except that they opened in so there was no way to close a curtain and as I was on a low floor anyone could see inside. All that being said, the hotel was clean, serviceable, and inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. Had the service been better I would have been fine with the minor annoyances of the AC and noise level. As it stands, I think I’d try another nearby hotel.

Had a quick stayover en route to the mountains - this was an ideal pit stop. We didn’t use the spa but the facilities look certainly to be a draw of you have time

Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel très calme à deux pas des stations, le spa est très grand, alors si je devais donner un petit bémol serai sur le petit déjeuner sur le manque de choix sur le salé et le lit deux matelas de 90 collé du coup on se retrouve vite dans le creux mais cela reste que mon avis
