The house enjoys a 180 ° view of nature with exposure South and South West.
Renovated in 2017 with a very current and bright decor. The house is located in a dominant position and has no vis-à-vis. The garden has a plateau of flat ground of 50 m2, then 1000 m2 of grassy ground in slope with a small vegetable garden at disposal.
Ideally located between Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, 3 kilometers from the beaches of Guéthary, Parlementia, Acotz, Bidart ... you will have the company of Mya, our cat, who spends most of his time outside but who will come to ask for his croquettes even some caresses.
