Our room's A/C did not work upon arrival and they didn't want to give us another room instead they wanted to provide us with a fan until fixed (90° F weather). I had to argue to get them to move us finally. The rest room was dirty. The cleaning staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (the only two good things). They need a deep cleaning of the facilities.

Está muy sola la calle aunque está cerca de unA avenida, al entrar vimos una mega rata en el jardín, los colchones y sábanas muy usados ya y no daban ganas de quedarse ahí - mejor nos fuimos a otro lugar - la de recepción si muy amable

The building is old but quaint. The yard is beautiful, with lots of plants and benches. But is unkept. The bed was lumpy and hard. The am staff woman was not prepared to assist me with various matters. Restaurant was not available beyond breakfast, ending at 9:30 am. The waitress was diligent and provided a lot of support while I was waiting for my Uber. It was enjoyable
