Rolig og sentral beliggenhet

Svært sentral beliggenhet. Rett i sentrum for utelivet her. Allikevel rolig på natta, da det ligger på baksiden av der festing er. Flott utsikt over havna og uteliv. Grei leilighet i tredje etage ( second floor). Nøkkel til heisen kan man få utlevert ( spør etter den). Leiligheten ligger nær heisen, Parkeringsplass medfølger. Spør hvor denne er med en gang, i tilfelle du trenger den. To soverom, lite bad ( vanlig i Frankrike), stor stue og stort kjøleskap. Savner mer uteareal. Ingen veranda eller uteplass. Kun en tynn stripe der man kan lirke ned en smal stol. Stua kunne gjerne hvert mindre og brukt deler av denne som uteplass. Flere lignende leiligheter har dette.

Bonne équipe, serviable et professionnelle, bonne communication Par contre le bien est à l abandon.. pas équipé même pas de bol ,fuite d eau ,store casser dans la chambre ,peinture du plan de travail collant qui part en lambeaux ,prise électrique cassé raccord électrique non sécurisé dans la salle d’eau ,plan de travail de la salle d eau cassé ,toilettes très vétuste.. on est très déçu de l état vu le prix.. le propriétaire a de très gros efforts à faire !!

Accueil tres sympa de Christophe . Des personnes professionnelles et à l écoute comme d 'habitude . Le studio demande à être rénover, surtout la douche. Un effort des.proprietaires serait le bienvenue .
