Situated in a quiet street in the center of Agde, a few minutes walk from the old town and the river Hérault. Only 10 minutes by car from the beaches and entertainments of Cap d'Agde and Grau d'Agde. Possibility to park very close the house on the street. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Composed of : Entrance hall, large fitted and very well equipped separate kitchen, spacious living room with sofa, TV and coffee table, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, separate modern shower room with w.c. The kitchen and the living room open out through French doors onto a superb 40 m² private terrace with dining table and chairs and parasol - a perfect place to dine 'al fresco'!

Great location within easy walking distance to all local entertainments. Short car or bus ride to local beaches at Grau d'Agde and Cap d'Agde.
