My husband had just been discharged from hospital so we were early arrivals. We were quite prepared to wait for our room, fortunately it was available. The lady at reception did absolutely nothing to make us feel welcome leaving me feeling like we were a great imposition. All other reception staff Male and female were efficient and pleasant.

We have a staycation 3-4 times a year and always book the family suite. The room and bathroom are huge, the spa is massive. My children love the heated indoor pool and there is a seating area so I can read a book if I don't feel like swimming. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
