Adelaide 5 Star Luxury Pool Villa Apartment at Hollidge House

Hollidge House Luxury Urban Apartments is a renovated bluestone villa, originally built by David Hollidge in 1880.

Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a couple of minutes from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills.

Our largest apartment, The Pool Villa, featuring a private beautifully landscaped courtyard with a private in-ground pool (open seasonally) plus large kitchen and bathroom, with claw-foot bath.

NOTE: Accommodates a maximum of 3 guests only - king bed and a pullout ottoman single bed

The pool was great to have on a 38 degree day! The villa itself was beautiful with it’s high ceilings and comfortable furniture. Peter was also extremely accomodating and even helped us set up the BBQ. Would definitely recommend this place.

Property is gorgeous - larger than it looked in the photos. Its both private and quiet as well as close to the city and all amenities.Property is nicely appointed throughout with well thought out permanent fittings as well as decor.Peter is welcoming, accommodating and friendly if you need his assistance. Exactly as pictured. Comfortable and convenient location

Property was clean and well maintained. Well appointed kitchen . Very comfy bed. Great shower hot and high pressure. Pool was clean and very nice. Lots of little extras included. Very friendly host , would definitely stay again

Fantastic dog friendly property

The apartment has everything needed for great stay. Exceptionally presented and mantained. Quality kitchen facilities, nice lounge area and the bed is amazing! The outdoor pool area is the cherry on top! The property is a credit to the host. Highly recommended.

Hidden Retreat

The property is one of the best and cosiest I’ve ever staid on. The level of detail is impressive. Very nicely renovated. Everything is accounted for on this little gem to make sure you have a beautiful stay. Looking forward to go back soon!!
